Jamie Rusch-Duston
Founder
Jamie spent years chairside as an orthodontic and dental assistant and as a treatment coordinator. She has sat with patients as they weighed big treatment plans, and she knows what helps them say yes.
She is also Co-Founder and VP of Client Relations at DealerRX, where she works with car dealerships on training, follow-up and client care. Dauntless brings both worlds together: the discipline of dealer reinsurance and a real understanding of the dental office.
Our name and our mark
Dauntless means fearless — the confidence we want every practice and patient to feel. Our mark, La Fleur, is a flower whose four petals form a cross.
It draws on the lily, which Scripture uses as a picture of growth and care, and on the long Christian tradition of pairing the flower with the cross. The single red petal points upward.
